  14. Original and issued NOC (no objection certificate) under the act of ULC.
  15. Application as proof of purchasing a land plot or other household property by the loan borrower.

List Of Documents For The NRI’s (Non-Resident Indians):

  1. Copy of the passport as proof for a residence visa.
  2. Document Establishing the KYC report.
  3. Proof of employment by the government of the residing country.
  4. Bank documents should be copied from overseas for the past 6 months.
  5. NRO bank statement for the last 6 months.
  6. Trade license, a power of legal representative/attorney and sponsor of an agreement are strictly needed for self-employed NRI’s.
  7. The IT reports of the individual.
  8. Salary slips given to the individual for the last 3 to 6 months as a proof of employment.
  9. Documents connected to the cost of a certain property estimated by an Indian builder or an engineer.
  10. Three passport-sized photos (if necessary).
  11. Proof of identification (birth certificate).
  12. Salary certificate, designation, passport number and date of joining.
  13. A current slip as proof for the latest salary given to the person.

Basic documents are most needed here, based on your identity.

  3. Voter’s Identity card

The Residential Proof:

Apart from the above documents, the bank has the additional right to pose for other documents if it is necessary.GST rate has become approximately 18% which is applicable to all the financial services.
