AP Sand Booking: The Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced an online platform for booking sand in the state. Candidates who want to book sand in AP state can follow the below procedure.

Note: Only 18+ year-old candidates are eligible to register for the sand with their Mobile Number and Aadhar Card.

Note: Aadhar Card OTP Validation is mandatory for the registration of the account.

The online-based sand booking system was introduced in Andhra Pradesh for a hassle-free booking. This process simplifies the sand booking and the customers will get quick and easy delivery.

This Sand Sale Management & Monitoring system is organized under the Ministry of Mining & Minerals, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

AP Sand Booking Registration

There are three types of registrations in the portal

• General Consumer Registration
• Bulk Consumer Registration
• Sand Contractor Registration

Now we will look into the procedure for all the types.

General Consumer Registration

Mobile Number linked Aadhar Card is mandatory for General Consumer Registration. Follow the below procedure to register on the AP Sand portal.

• Go to the official portal of AP Sand i.e., www.andhrasand.com
• On the right side of the page, you will see the following options
  • Department Login
  • Consumer Login/ Register
  • Order Status
  • Dashboard
  • AP Sand Download APP
  • AP Sand Transporter Download App
  • Contractor Registration
• Click on the “Consumer Login/ Register” button
• There are two types of registration pages, General and Bulk
• Click on the General button
• A new page opens as shown in the below image

• Enter your Mobile Number & hit the Send OTP button
• Enter the OTP and click on the Next button
• Enter your Aadhar Card Number
• Authenticate the Aadhar Number and proceed to the next step
• Enter the Present Address & Confirm the details entered
• Now you are done with the registration process

Bulk Consumer Registration

The procedure for bulk consumer registration is very similar to general consumer registration.

• Visit the official page of AP Sand and click on Consumer Login/ Register button
• A new page opens, click on the Bulk button under the SEND OTP button
• The registration page opens
• Enter your Mobile Number and hit the Send OTP button
• Validate your mobile number and move on to the next step
• Enter your GST number and complete the validation
• Enter the Registered address and hit the next button
• Complete the registration process by confirming the details entered

How to Book Sand in AP?

Firstly, you will have to complete the registration process as a General/ Bulk Consumer. The procedure for both segments has been given on this page.

After completing the registration process, follow the below steps to book the sand online.

• Visit the Login page of the AP Sand Sale Management & Monitoring System i.e., https://sand.ap.gov.in/GuestLogin.htm
• The login page opens as shown in the below image

• Enter your Registered Mobile Number and hit the Send OTP button
• Select the type of consumer (General/ Bulk) in the dashboard
• Fill up all the fields and upload the necessary documents in the form
• Finish the online payment and hit the submit button

Now, you are done with the sand booking process. You can track the status of the delivery on the same portal.

AP Sand Track Status

After booking sand online, the consumer can track the status of delivery online. The procedure for tracking the sand status has been given below.

• On the home page of the website, click on the Order Status button
• A popup opens and asks you to enter the Sand Order ID
• Sand Order ID is the unique ID received after you your booking
• Enter the San ID and hit the Submit button
• The following details will be displayed on the screen
  • Order Status
  • Booked Quantity
  • Booked Date
  • Dispatched Date
  • Driver Name
  • Vehicle Number
  • Delivered Date
• Check the status of the delivery and close the tab

AP Sand Contractor Registration

The following is the procedure for registering Excavation, Pattadhar, and Depot Contractors on AP Sand Portal.

• Visit the home page of the AP Sand portal
• On the right side of the page, click on the Contractor Registration tab
• A new page opens, enter the following details

Company/ Agency. Firm Details:

• Select the check box of GST (Yes/ No)
• If yes, enter the GST number and validate
• Agency Name
• Agency Address
• Mobile Number
• Enter your PAN Card Number
• Create your own Password

Personal Details:

• Name of the Contact Person
• Email ID
• Mobile Number (Validate with OTP)

Address for Communication:

• Name of the District
• GP/ Ward Name
• Select Rural/ Urban
• Full Address
• Mandal Name

Financial Details:

• Enter IFSC and hit the button “Get Bank Details”
• Select the type of Account
• Bank Account Number
• Upload the Passbook or Cancelled Cheque

After entering all the details, hit the Register button. Now you are done with the Contractor Registration Process. You will be notified via your mobile number for further communication.

Important Guidelines for AP Sand Booking

• The door delivery facility in tractors is available for only a 30 km radius
• Door delivery facility of sand is available in the entire state of Andhra Pradesh
• Anyone from AP can register for sand
• Register for Bulk Consumer if you are looking for multiple trips
• The consumer must be above 18 years old to register for the sand
• Aadhar card must be authenticated while registering, so make sure to link your mobile number to the Aadhar Card before registering
• The toll charges are consumer scope, no toll charges are included in the registration fee
• Consumer needs to pay the up & down toll charges after receiving the toll receipt from the driver
