Procedure to Pay TS e-Challan Fine

Follow the below steps to pay the TS e-Challan online.
As mentioned, you can use Net Banking, Paytm, T-Wallet, and Credit/ Debit Cards to pay the fine online. Follow the below procedure to pay online.
- Visit the official website of the Integrated e-Challan System (echallan.tspolice.gov.in)
- Enter your Vehicle Number and CAPTCHA code
- Hit the GO button
- All the pending challans of your vehicle are displayed on the screen
- Click on the “Image” button to check whether your vehicle has violated the rules or not
- Select the list of violations that you want to make payment for
- Hit the Net Banking button
- A new page opens with all the payment options
- Choose the payment method and hit the “Make Payment” button
- Enter your Card/ Net Banking details to finish the payment
- Take the printout of the receipt for further use

How to Report Invalid Violation?
Firstly, check all the images of your violations. If you find any duplicate images or a mismatch of your vehicle, you can report the issue to the department.
The technical team will look into the issue and solve it as soon as possible.
The following is the procedure to Report the Issue.
- Visit the same website and enter your vehicle number
- Find the invalid violations and hit the check box of the invalid violation (Just beside the serial number)
- Under the list of violations, you will find the Report us button, click on it
- A pop-up window opens up, enter the following details
- Name of the Owner
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Remark (Manual Error, Double Challan, Fake Vehicle, Theft Vehicle)
- Reason (Write a few words explaining the reason)
- Cross-check the details and hit the submit button
