PRMO Results: Homi Bhaba Center for Science Education (HBCSE) has conducted the Pre Regional Maths Olympiad (PRMO 2019) on 11th August 2019 for almost all the exam centers except few flood affected regions. Thousands of students studying in 8th to 12th classes have applied for the Pre Regional Maths Olympiad to check their Maths ability. Now the exam has been conducted peacefully and all the applicants are waiting for the Pre RMO Results 2019 along with the PRMO Answer key to be downloaded.

PRMO Important Dates 2019
As like every year, HBCSE has notified all the schools and parents about the upcoming INMO and for this to be written, students should be able to clear the Pre RMO and RMO test and later students will be qualified for the International RMO. So applications were provided between 1st June and 15th July 2019. As per the notification, Pre RMO has been carried out on 11th August 2019. Here are the other important dates.

With the intention to make the students aware of correct answers, HBCSE provides the Answer key for the students through the official site every year. Different level of Maths questions is asked where the ease of questions is provided with the score for each question. Marks vary from 2 to 5 for every question. Total marks awarded for the exam paper is for 102. There are 30 questions asked, totally in the paper.

Very soon the evaluation of the exams happens and the results will be published by HBCSE on its official site providing the students’ names who got selected for the next level of MO. These students will have to take the exam by again applying for RMO stating that they have qualified the Pre RMO this year. We can expect the marks and results of PRMO 2019 in the second week of September 2019. Download the marks from the official site and check the selection to next round after we provide you the date.

Number of students selected from each region: 300 (8th to 11th class) and 60 (12th class)
Total selected candidates from all regions: 7800 (8th to 11th class) and 1560 (12th class)
Students selected from Kendriya Vidyalaya and Jawahar Navodaya: 5% (8th to 11th class) 1% (12th class)
Expected selected candidates: 14 thousand approximately from all regions.
